As General Manager in China, he more than doubled revenue while significantly expanding margins. In Brazil, he achieved strong growth in a contracting market and materially improved operational performance.

He has managed complex global manufacturing footprints, high-mix/low-volume product environments, and decentralized operating companies with full P&L accountability. His approach aligns commercial, product, supply chain, and operations teams around shared priorities and transparent metrics.
