Andrew McCauley is Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Physics, the world’s leading test and measurement partner. He is a global P&L leader known for reversing decline, accelerating profitable growth, and strengthening organizations from the inside out.
Over a 25+ year career spanning Danaher, Fortive, Ralliant, and now Industrial Physics, he has led industrial and sensing technology businesses across more than 20 countries, serving customers in over 100 markets worldwide.

His leadership combines commercial acuity, operational rigor, and deep product and technology expertise. Whether repositioning a portfolio, restructuring operations, or expanding into new markets, Andrew applies disciplined root-cause analysis and clear prioritization to unlock performance quickly — and sustain it.
Prior to joining Industrial Physics, Andrew served as Group President at Ralliant (NYSE: RAL), where he led advanced sensing and technology platforms and helped shape the company’s strategic direction as a founding executive following its public launch. Earlier in his career at Fortive, he served as Group President of Sensing Technologies and as President of Qualitrol, driving global growth and operational excellence across precision technology businesses. He also previously held overlapping global leadership roles at Danaher Sensors & Controls as VP of Marketing & Business Development and General Manager for China and Brazil.
Andrew holds an MBA with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
